Ricardo Rodriguez-Morales

Ricardo Rodriguez-Morales is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the international freight and logistics industry. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Europartners Group since October 2002, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in developing leadership in over 70 workplaces across more than 20 countries, driving the achievement of the company's 2030 vision. Additionally, Ricardo co-founded Linkinpartner Europe GmbH in 2009, specializing in air and ocean freight solutions across Germany, and serves as Co-Founder and Director Partner at Ep America, Inc., where logistics and freight solutions thrive across the US and Canada. With a strong emphasis on innovative logistics strategies, Ricardo co-founded Expedited America in 2017 and shared expertise as a Professor of Logistics at Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro in 2008. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Graduate Program certification in International Business from Arkansas State University.
