Tinarsha Brown

Tinarsha Brown serves as the Vice President and Managing Officer for the Tracy Office and Central Valley at Intero Real Estate Services since November 2013, where Tinarsha also operates as a Franchise Owner and Broker, leading a team of 10 to meet the real estate needs of clients. Known as "The Closer," Tinarsha emphasizes a client-focused approach and has expanded into mortgage lending as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Xpert Home Lending, Inc. since June 2022, previously holding a similar position at Answer Home Loans from April 2020 to June 2022. Tinarsha's real estate career began as an award-winning Realtor at Intero from 2004 to 2009 and includes experience as a Broker and REO & Short Sale Specialist at Code 3 Realty, where Tinarsha managed an additional team. Prior roles include staffing management at AT&T and AT&T Mobility, as well as administrative positions at Cisco Systems and Silicon Graphics. Tinarsha is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
