Nikita Laukhin

Nikita Laukhin is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading software engineering teams. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Xplicity since November 2015, Nikita focuses on delivering transparent and responsive software solutions to clients. Prior to this role, Nikita was the Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Login VSI from November 2015 to March 2023, where contributions were made to desktop virtualization projects using Scrum principles and the LeSS framework. Earlier experience includes working as a Lead C# developer at PFSoft, a prominent supplier of Multilateral Trading Facility platforms, from September 2006 to November 2015. Nikita holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
