Chris Lewis

Chris Lewis has a strong background in real estate and commercial property. Chris has worked as the Head of Business Development at x+why since June 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Capital Markets Adviser from December 2019 to June 2020. From December 2015 to December 2019, Chris worked as a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, and from September 2010 to December 2015, they held the role of Associate at the same company. Chris started their career at BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Surveyor from October 2003 to January 2006 and then became an Associate from January 2006 to September 2010.

Chris Lewis attended Epsom College from 1993 to 1998, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. From 1999 to 2002, they studied at the University of Leeds, obtaining a BA (Hons) degree in Environmental Science. Later, in 2002 and 2003, Chris attended the University of Reading and earned an MSc degree in Real Estate Management & Valuation.
