Jose Zamora

Jose Zamora serves as the Vice President of Financial Shared Services at XPO, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategy and operations of the Financial Shared Services, specifically leading the Order to Cash and Accounts Payable departments. Prior to XPO, Jose held various strategic roles at Capgemini from 2008 to 2022, including Director of Business Transformation and Global Process Owner for Forecast to Cash, and NA Head of Business Services Delivery Network, focusing on operations in the United States and Canada. Jose's earlier experience includes managing the Order to Cash department for Arla Foods in Gdansk, Poland, and extensive roles in service delivery management across Latin America at Capgemini. Jose graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Galileo.
