Anne McClure

Anne is a skilled leader with extensive experience in strategic development and implementation, as well as culture development. Anne places a great deal of value in individual voices, both client and employee. She is a strategic thinker, driven by doing what is right for the client.

Prior to joining XDI, Anne spent over 25 years working in the credit union industry in an executive capacity. Her experience in credit unions ranges through virtually every department, including operations, marketing, compliance, lending, human resources, and as CEO.

Personally: Anne believes in supporting the local community. She is the founder of San Diego’s Credit Unions for Kids program, which brings together multiple credit unions and vendors to benefit Rady Children’s Hospital. She is also a member of Rady Children’s Hospital Steering Committee and the Salvation Army Kroc Center Advisory Board. Anne has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of California, Irvine. Anne enjoys spending her free time embracing a multitude of activities with her husband and 3 young adult children.
