Dale Davis

Dale Davis has over 30 years of work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Dale currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Xpress Global Systems (XGSI) since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at FedEx Freight for over 20 years, where they held various leadership positions including VP - FedEx Freight Direct, VP Operational Innovation, VP International, VP Regional Operations, and Managing Director Operations. Before joining FedEx Freight, Dale worked at Con-way, Inc as a Mgr- Service Center from 1992 to 1997. Dale also has experience working at UPS as a Supervisor Operations from 1986 to 1991.

Dale Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, Dale attended Eastern Kentucky University where the specific degree is not provided but was focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Dale completed high school at Briggs High School from 1981 to 1985.
