Cliff Cabungcal

Cliff Cabungcal currently serves as President of Xpress Super App since March 2023 and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies since February 2019. Previously, Cliff worked as Chief Operating Officer at Cebuana Lhuillier Financing Corp. from May 2021 to September 2022, and held key positions in various financial institutions including Treasury and Capital Markets Distribution Head at China Bank PH, First Vice President at Philippine Bank of Communications, and Vice President roles at both Citi and HSBC. Cliff’s career began at UnionBank of the Philippines as a Fixed Income Distribution Specialist and continued through roles as an Investment Specialist at Banco Santander and Citi. Education was completed at Ateneo de Manila University.
