Tushar Mathur

Tushar Mathur is a Data Analyst currently employed at Xpressbees since November 2023, where an analysis of misrouted shipments for the B2C section led to a 24% reduction in errors across 250,000 weekly shipments, along with conducting RTO and NDR analysis. Previously, Tushar held a Data Science Intern position at Rakuten India from October 2022 to April 2023, focusing on the impact of catalog changes on conversion rates and optimizing data pipelines using tools such as PySpark, Python, SQL, and Excel. Prior experience also includes roles as a Python Instructor at Edurific from September 2021 to August 2022 and a Teaching Assistant at Coding Ninjas from November 2020 to March 2021. Tushar obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University, graduating in 2023, and completed senior secondary education at S.D. Jain Senior Secondary School and Vardhman Vidya Vihar Secondary School.
