Nick Cinquina

Nick Cinquina is currently an Intern to the General Counsel at XWELL, where responsibilities include assisting with securities laws compliance, SEC filings, acquisitions, and corporate law matters. Previously, Nick served as a Summer Associate at FIXLER & LAGATTUTA, LLP, where tasks involved analyzing motion papers, conducting legal research, and developing legal arguments for insurance company litigation. Experience also includes participation in a Criminal Appeals Clinic at Appellate Advocates, focusing on developing and drafting appellate briefs for felony manslaughter convictions. As a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kathleen Waterman-Marshall, Nick drafted judicial orders, analyzed case materials, and observed court proceedings. Nick is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Cardozo School of Law and holds master's and bachelor's degrees from St. John's University and Sacred Heart University, respectively.
