Catrina dela Cruz

Catrina Dela Cruz is an experienced spa manager with a strong background in staff management and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at XpresSpa since June 2021, Catrina previously held the position of Store Manager at Be Relax from November 2019 to July 2020. Catrina also worked as a Senior Spa Therapist at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel from March 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included inventory management and collaboration on new spa services. Prior experience includes a role as a Spa Therapist with Steiner from March 2010 to February 2016, where expertise in detox and body treatments was developed. Catrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Holy Angel University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
