Molly Mauer

Molly Mauer has a strong background in education and equity initiatives. Molly worked as the Chief Operating Officer at XQ Institute, a leading organization dedicated to rethinking the high school experience. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President at The Opportunity Institute, where they focused on increasing social and economic mobility and advancing racial equity. Molly also served as the Founding Director of Partners for Each and Every Child, a collaborative network committed to educational excellence. Before their positions at The Opportunity Institute, Molly worked as a Consultant at the Office for Civil Rights at the US Department of Education and as the Assistant Director of Data and Policy at The Education Trust-West.

Molly Mauer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Mills College from 1995 to 1997. Molly further pursued their education by earning a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from New York University, Steinhardt School of Education from 2001 to 2003.
