Ilan Kometz

Ilan Kometz has extensive experience in the technical operations and broadcast industries. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at Extreme Reach since February 2022, Kometz has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Syncro Services since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Kometz was a Senior Broadcast IT Engineer at Al Jazeera America, where support was provided for New York studios from April 2013 to May 2016. Other notable positions include a Problem Solver role in South Africa, various positions in media technology and broadcast engineering, and a tenure as Director of Application & Support Services at World Wrestling Entertainment. Kometz demonstrates a strong background in IT support, broadcast systems administration, and operational leadership throughout a diverse career in the entertainment industry.
