Frédéric Gillant

Frédéric Gillant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles across the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Sales & Partnerships at MicroSec, specializing in cybersecurity solutions for IoT and OT ecosystems, Frédéric is also a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at XRATOR, focusing on risk quantification and analytics. Previously, Frédéric held senior positions at Everbridge and Mitel, overseeing operations in the Asia-Pacific region, and was Vice-President of Unified Communications & Collaboration at Orange Business, managing a substantial business unit. Frédéric’s career also includes significant roles at T-Systems, CGI, and Schneider Electric, where expertise in sales, marketing, and operational management was developed. Frédéric holds a Master in Marketing from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Science in Industrial Automation from Arts et Métiers.
