Stephanie Michael

Stephanie Michael has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Stephanie started their career as a Food & Beverage Trainee Assistant at Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in 2013. Later, they worked as an Office and HR Manager at Michael Legal Firm | Cyprus Lawyers from 2013 to 2015. Stephanie then joined Yiannis Constantinides & Associates LLC as an Office/HR/Paralegal, where they handled various responsibilities such as arranging interviews, improving archive systems, and managing clerical work.

In 2016, Stephanie joined IQ Option Global and progressed through multiple roles within the Human Resources department. These roles included Junior Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Officer, Senior Human Resources Officer, and eventually Human Resources Team Lead. During their time at IQ Option Global, Stephanie was responsible for the full employee life cycle, global talent acquisition, managing operations, implementing HRIS systems, and ensuring HR compliance.

In 2020, Stephanie founded their own company called YourDreamJob, focusing on their entrepreneurial aspirations. Lastly, in 2023, Stephanie became the Global Head of HR at XS.com.

Stephanie Michael's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Home Economics (Food Design & Technology) from Liverpool John Moores University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a part-time MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at CIIM - Cyprus International Institute of Management, with a partial scholarship. In 2016, Stephanie completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. Recently, they have been studying part-time for an MSc in Digital Marketing on a full scholarship at the University of West London from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained various certifications in fields such as finance, digital marketing, and social media optimization.
