James Roe

James Roe has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the defense and aerospace industry. James has worked as a submarine communications electronics technician in the US Navy, a contract specialist for Naval Sea Systems Command, and a DoD contracts and acquisition SME at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2005, they joined Client Solution Architects as a Director of Corporate Infrastructure/Senior Program Manager, where they managed large-scale contracts and authored acquisition strategies and plans. James later worked as a DoD Capture & Proposal Manager at Engility Corporation before joining Zodiac Aerospace and overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts. Most recently, they worked as a Director of Business Development for XSITE LLC and a Joint Venture - Responsible Manager for STF-X LLC, where they performed market analysis, strategic business planning, and capture strategy and solution development for defense market.

James Roe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's Degree in Management from National University. James also obtained certifications including IOS 9001:2015 Executive Certification and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification from Core Business Solutions, Inc., Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and DAWIA Level II- Contracts from Defense Acquisition University.
