Kristi P.

Kristi P. has a strong background in security and compliance, with experience in various leadership roles. Kristi is currently working at XSOLIS as the Senior Director of Security and Compliance. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Information Security at Metropolis Technologies from November 2022 to June 2023.

From April 2021 to October 2022, Kristi worked at Edifecs as the Director of Security and Compliance. During their time there, they also served as the Director of IT Risk and Compliance from May 2020 to March 2021.

Before their time at Edifecs, Kristi worked at axialHealthcare from November 2018 to January 2020. There, they were responsible for leading the organization in establishing the Information Security Program and conducting a HITRUST self-assessment. Kristi also handled privacy and compliance requirements related to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Kristi also has experience as an Information Security Analyst at axialHealthcare from March 2018 to November 2018.

In their earlier career, Kristi worked at Tivity Health as the Senior Manager of IT Internal Audit from November 2011 to February 2018. Kristi conducted complex IT internal audit engagements and projects for domestic and international operations. Kristi also served as the Senior Manager of Business Technology (BT) Project Management from May 2008 to November 2011.

Kristi's career began at Spheris, where they held multiple roles from January 2004 to May 2008. Kristi worked as an Accounting Manager/Accounting Process Improvement Manager from September 2004 to May 2008, and as a Financial Analyst from January 2004 to September 2004.

Kristi P. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. Kristi later pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1998 and 2004. In addition, Kristi obtained various certifications, including becoming a Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) from HITRUST in March 2022, earning the Certified De-Identification Associate (CDA) certification from HITRUST in 2018, and obtaining the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 & 27001:2013 Lead Auditor Certification from BSI in 2012.
