Mike Mateja

Mike Mateja has extensive experience in IT network and security management, currently serving as the Director of IT Network and Security at XSport Fitness since February 2006. In this role, Mike oversees the daily operations of the organization’s LAN, WAN, wireless, and voice infrastructure, along with vendor management of SOC and NOC. Previously, Mike held multiple positions, including Director of IT Infrastructure Operations, where responsibilities encompassed network design, management, and project oversight. As the Information Technology Network Manager at Capital Fitness, Mike successfully managed network operations across multiple states and implemented Cisco's VOIP solution, achieving significant cost savings. Earlier in Mike's career, roles included Network Engineer/Administrator and Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Sentinel Technologies.
