James Steed

James Steed is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in production engineering, design engineering, and CAD design. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Xtek Inc. since November 2018, James excels in developing and maintaining documentation for manufacturing industrial gearing and lifting drives, collaborating closely with teams and customers. Prior to this role, James worked at The Schaefer Group, Inc. as a Design Engineer, focusing on the development of industrial furnaces for die cast manufacturing. Additional experience includes positions as a Designer at Belcan Engineering and a CAD Technician at both Batesville Casket Company and AMG Engineering. James also owned and operated Reflex Photography, providing high-quality photography services. James holds an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design from ITT Technical Institute-Cincinnati.
