Matthew W. has extensive experience in various managerial and training roles within Xtek Inc. Matthew is currently serving as the Corporate ISO Systems Manager, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality and environmental management systems. Matthew also has experience as a Corporate Training Manager, Manufacturing Training Manager, Production Manager in the Coupling Department, Production Supervisor, and Leadman in the wheel/gear department. Matthew has a solid background in operating CNC machines and gear hobbing equipment. Additionally, Matthew has served as a council member at Amelia Village Inc. and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati.
