Eric Bickel

Eric Bickel is a seasoned professional in data engineering and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at XTEL since March 2024. Previously, Bickel held roles including Manager of Data Engineering at KFC US, VP of Analytics at Untitled Firm, and Director of Data Science at Papa John’s International, where responsibilities included leading teams and developing statistical capabilities. Bickel has a rich background in data science, having managed teams at Brown-Forman and advanced statistical modeling techniques in various markets. Additional teaching experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Simulation Modeling & Optimization Techniques at Bellarmine University. Bickel's career began as a Commodity Analyst at Schneider Electric, focusing on market analysis in natural gas and energy sectors. Bickel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Louisville.
