Ernest Baidoo

Ernest Baidoo has a strong background in information technology, with experience at two different companies. Ernest started their career at Advanced Data Spectrum in 2006, where they served as a Network/Systems Administrator, responsible for implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. In 2008, they joined Xtera, initially as a Systems Administrator and later as the Manager of Information Technology. In this role, they supported over 150 users across multiple offices and facilities, managed an international staff, and implemented technological solutions. In 2017, Ernest became the Director of Information Technology at Xtera, overseeing all day-to-day IT activities and financial objectives.

Ernest Baidoo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business between 1999 and 2003.
