Mindaugas Krisciunas

Mindaugas Krisciunas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mindaugas is currently the Co-Founder of Zenoo, a pet wellness D2C brand. Mindaugas played a key role in developing and managing a healthy dog food subscription service in Lithuania and soon expanding it across the EU. Prior to this, Mindaugas was the Co-Founder and CEO of XtGem, LLC, where they successfully developed a strong and sustainable business model for a visual mobile site building tool. Mindaugas also worked as a Freelance Business Consultant, specializing in new revenue development, Go-To-Market strategy planning and execution, partnerships, and sales. As the co-founder and CEO of Pinevio Ltd, Mindaugas collaborated with their team to build a disruptive social media product based on consumer needs, carrying out extensive market research. Mindaugas also gained experience as the Sales Director of Startup Monthly Vilnius, where they aimed to bring the spirit of Silicon Valley to the Baltic region, encouraging the establishment of new startups. Additionally, Mindaugas participated in programs like The Difference Engine and served as a Fellow at the Institute of Digital Innovation. In the early stages of their career, they were involved in various roles, including being a Marketing Concierge and Telemarketer at Diamond Resorts International Ltd, and being an MD at Hot Surface Ltd, where they negotiated prices, contracts with suppliers, and contacted potential clients.

Mindaugas Krisciunas completed their education at Lancaster University. Mindaugas obtained a BSc degree in Biochemistry and Genetics, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued an MSc degree in Management from 2009 to 2010 at the same institution.
