Varun Malik

Varun Malik has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Varun worked there until May 2018. In 2019, Varun completed a summer internship at AB InBev India. From August 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a Management Consultant in People & Change Transformation at KPMG India. Varun then transitioned to the role of a Senior Consultant in People and Change Advisory, where they worked until February 2023. Currently, Varun is employed at xto10x as a People Excellence Consultant starting from February 2023.

Varun Malik completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia from 2012 to 2016. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services) from XLRI Jamshedpur. In June 2020, Varun also obtained certification in "Writing a Business Case" from LinkedIn.
