Ryan Papera, MBA, currently serves as a Professional Driving Instructor at Xtreme Xperience, where responsibilities include customer service and professional coaching. Previously, Ryan held the position of Project Manager at Allstate Can Corporation, managing evaluation of new business lines, and implementing a company-wide PBX VoIP phone system. With experience as Project Manager at Verizon and SPHERE Technology Solutions, Ryan successfully managed multiple projects and documented processes to improve efficiencies. Additionally, Ryan has a strong background in project management, software requirements analysis, and business analysis, having worked with notable companies including Anova, IEEE, and Accenture. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and International Business from Montclair State University and a BSBA in Business Administration from Clemson University.
