Margen Stepa

Margen Stepa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2012, Margen became a member of the Young Innovators Club at Protik Innovation Center, where they focused on promoting innovation. Margen then joined the European Youth Parliament (EYP) in 2014 as a delegate, actively engaging in citizenship and cultural understanding. In 2015, Margen took on the role of Graphic Designer at EYP and later became a Journalist for the organization. Margen also served as the Creative Director at Skeyndor Albania from 2015 to 2019. In the same year, Margen organized a Youth Themed Startup Weekend Event, showcasing their skills as an organizer. From 2016 to 2021, Margen was a member of the PR and Media Department at the US Embassy Youth Council Albania and later became the PR, Media & Communications Coordinator. Margen then worked as a Full Stack Developer at XWord Media LLC in 2020 and transitioned to a Frontend Developer role at iStack Conferences in 2021. Overall, Margen Stepa has demonstrated versatility and expertise in technology, design, communications, and event management throughout their career.

Margen Stepa completed their Bachelor's degree in Art&Design at Polis University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Harry Fultz Institute from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their High School education. Before their high school years, they attended the Jordan Misja Lyceum (School of Music and Arts) from 2003 to 2012, focusing on Piano & Guitar. Additionally, Margen Stepa obtained several certifications including being a Journalist at the 8th National Selection Conference of EYP Albania in May 2015, being a Delegate at the 7th National Selection Conference of EYP Albania in March 2014, achieving excellent proficiency in AutoCad from the Abraham Lincoln Foundation Of Albania in May 2010, and participating in the "Kenget e Tokes" 8th Edition (International Competition) hosted by the Artistic Center Kenget e Tokes in May 2006.
