Jess Kupiak

Jess Kupiak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2013 as an Employment Consultant at The Salvation Army Employment Plus, where they worked until 2015. In 2017, they joined the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services as a Social Worker and stayed there until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Care Coordinator at Life Without Barriers from 2018 to 2018. Currently, since 2022, they are working as a People Advocate at XWP.
