Pradip K. Banerjee

Pradip K. Banerjee is currently the CEO and Chairman of Xybion Corporation. Pradip has previously served as the President and CEO of University City Science Center, and as a Partner at Accenture.

Banerjee has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Pradip began their career at Accenture, where they eventually became Partner-in-charge of the Life Sciences R&D Consulting unit. During their time at Accenture, Banerjee grew the service line to over $125 million in revenue with major life sciences clients in the US, Europe, and Asia.

In 2004, Banerjee left Accenture to become the President and CEO of University City Science Center. As President and CEO, Banerjee was responsible for creating new companies, establishing an early stage venture capital fund, creating a new laboratory incubator, and building a new 160,000 sq.ft building to house new companies.

Banerjee has been instrumental in growing the life sciences industry. Their experience and expertise have made him a sought-after speaker and advisor. In their current role as CEO and Chairman of Xybion Corporation, Banerjee is continuing their work to advance the life sciences industry through innovation and technology.

Pradip K. Banerjee holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
