Previously, David held multiple senior legal positions at Xylem Inc., including VP & General Counsel for Emerging Markets and roles focused on innovation and technology. David's extensive legal background includes managing global IP and litigation functions, advising on complex IP transactions, and providing strategic guidance across diverse markets. Prior experience encompasses roles at Sensus and leading litigation teams at prominent law firms, where David developed expertise in intellectual property and technology law. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
