Paul Herman

Paul Herman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the water and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Xylem since May 2023, Paul previously held various positions at Evoqua Water Technologies, including Director of VAVE and Business Excellence and VP of Engineering, focusing on enhancing engineering efficiency and delivering customer value. Prior experience includes serving as Global Direct Material Productivity Manager at General Electric Power and Water and as a Process Engineer at GE. Paul holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire.
