Tom Hahn

Tom Hahn is a seasoned UX design professional currently serving as the UX Design Team Lead at Xylem since July 2023, focusing on UX architecture for essential tools aimed at water utilities. Previously, Hahn worked at iCapital as AVP of User Experience, where contributions included the design of a client-facing portfolio analytics product and the organization’s master fund data repository. At Hawkfish, the role of Design Lead involved UI/UX design for election-related products, while earlier experiences included leading UX design for the Yang 2020 campaign and product design for Warner Bros. Digital Labs. Hahn's career began with a graphic design role at Media Blasters and progressed through various positions, highlighting a strong foundation in both UX and graphic design, supported by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a UX Design certification from General Assembly.
