Michael C.

Michael C. began their career in 1999 as a Senior Accountant and Associate Accountant at Deloitte. In 2002, they moved to Crowe Horwath LLP where they held the roles of Manager of Risk Performance Services and Senior Accountant in the Consumer Services Group. In 2006, Michael C. joined Abbott as a Program Manager for their Sarbanes-Oxley Program. Michael was later promoted to Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in Commercial Operations, where they were responsible for long-range planning and achieved double-digit revenue growth and $1.1B in sales. In 2015, they joined Neuronetics, Inc. as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations, and played an integral role in the successful scale of a private company to a publicly traded company with a $500M market capitalization. In 2019, Michael C. was tapped to stabilize and advance finance, accounting, and audit processes for XyloCor Therapeutics, Inc. as Vice President of Finance. Michael also orchestrated investor relations, international partnerships, and treasury operations while raising capital through fundraising. In the same year, they were recruited to guide the restructuring and advancement of accounting and finance operations for Smiths Medical's global divisional accounting function.

Michael C. holds two Bachelor's degrees from Lafayette College, a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as certified by the Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy in 2003, a Charter Global Management Accountant, and IFRS Certified, both certified by the AICPA.
