Alexa Rees-Jones

Alexa Rees-Jones currently serves as an Associate Partner at Xynteo since September 2019, following a tenure at the University of St Andrews as an Honorary Teaching Fellow from August 2015 to September 2022. Prior to joining Xynteo, Alexa worked at Forum for the Future from August 2011 to September 2019, holding various positions including Principal Change Designer and Senior Advisor in Futures and Strategy. Additionally, a Project Manager role at O2 (Telefónica UK) was undertaken during a secondment from February 2014 to March 2016. Alexa's career also includes independent consulting in Future Building and Strategic Foresight and a research position at the University of St Andrews from August 2009 to May 2010. Alexa holds an M.Sc. in Marketing from the University of St Andrews, obtained in 2009.
