Kevin Douglas is a Senior Cloud Engineer at Xytech Systems since July 2023, with prior experience as a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer at Donnelley Financial Solutions from July 2021 to July 2023, where Kevin implemented enterprise software solutions and fostered a culture of site reliability engineering. From March 2009 to June 2021, Kevin worked at SilkRoad as a Product Engineer, acting as a technical and functional subject matter expert for support teams while providing product knowledge on the SilkRoad Life Suite. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Systems from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
