Yajnavalkya Dash (He)

Yajnavalkya Dash has had a successful career in marketing and retail management. In 2009, he began his career as a Management Trainee at IFB Industries Ltd. During his time there, he served as a Business Manager, conducting ATL/BTL activations and retail branding for franchise & multi brand outlets across AP & Telangana market. Yajnavalkya also generated business of 95 lacs by selling 1000 microwave ovens with an institutional order. In 2014, he moved to Grohe India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Marketing. Here, he was responsible for regional marketing calendar planning and execution, planning and executing new displays, store branding, and assisting in executing loyalty programs. In 2016, he joined Kurlon Enterprise Limited as a Zonal Marketing Manager, where he was responsible for BTL marketing, social media marketing, and assisting the creative team to develop POP artworks. In 2018, he moved to Dixcy Textiles Pvt Ltd. as a Manager - Marketing, where he was the process owner of BTL marketing in North and West India, budget planner cum controller of retail branding and OOH activations, and team leader of North & West marketing team. Yajnavalkya is currently working at XYXX Apparels as an Assistant General Manager - Retail Marketing, after being promoted from Sr. Manager position in same organisation.

Yajnavalkya Dash has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad, obtained between 2007 and 2009. Yajnavalkya also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, obtained between 2001 and 2005. In addition, he has obtained four certifications: The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in May 2020, Vskills Certified Digital Marketing Master from Vskills - India's Largest Certification Body in April 2019, Digital Vidya Certified Digital Marketing Master from Digital Vidya in November 2016, and Introduction to Digital Marketing from Simplilearn in March 2016.
