Minna Pääkkönen

Minna Pääkkönen started their work experience in 2001 as a Marketing Manager at Suomen SKV Oy. Minna then worked at Realia Group Oy as a Brand Manager from January 2007 to January 2015. After that, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Realia Management from February 2016 to November 2018. Minna then joined VAV-konserni as a Comms and Marketing Manager in November 2018 and worked there until August 2022. Currently, they are working as a Comms and Marketing Director at Y-Säätiö, starting from August 2022.

Minna Pääkkönen completed their BBA, Bachelor of Business and Economics degree in Leadership and Development from Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK) in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing and Communications Management, MJD from Markkinointi-instituutti in 2006. In 2001, they completed the Mainosgraafikko-koulutusohjelma program at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Minna graduated from Kajaani Business school in 1989 with a degree in Banking and Accounting. Minna also attended Vuohengin lukio in Kajaani from 1983 to 1986.
