Alejandro Fresneda

Alejandro Fresneda is currently the co-CEO at Yaba. Prior to this, they were with Blackbox from February 2018 to March 2018 as part of their alumni BBC cohort 21. Before that, they were with Mr. Noow from January 2017 to November 2021 where they served as Board President and co-founder. From November 2014 to January 2017, they were a Senior Investment Associate with Muzinich & Co where they focused on credit investments across the capital structure in Spanish and Portuguese Mid-sized companies. From July 2013 to November 2014, they were an Investment Analyst with Park Square Capital where they invested in European leveraged companies with a focus on subordinated and special situations. From July 2011 to July 2013, they worked as a Full Time IBD Analyst with Nomura. And finally, from June 2010 to August 2010, they did a summer internship IBD with Nomura's M&A Financial Institutions Group.

Alejandro Fresneda has completed an executive program for growing companies at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, as well as a bachelor's and MBA in business administration with a focus on finance from Esade. Alejandro also has a master's in finance and entrepreneurship from Babson College, and has completed a summer session in finance at UC San Diego. In addition, they have passed the securities and regulation exam from the FSA Certification. Finally, they hold a bachelor's in economic science from the 2006 Lyçée Français de Barcelone (French school).
