Tomy Schoenfeld started their career at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a UAV Pilot & Systems Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Tomy then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers in 2004. Later, they joined Mitchell Madison Group as a Manager, specializing in management and strategy consulting for global fortune 500 companies from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they became the CMO at Fitango.com, an expert-knowledge online marketplace. Tomy co-founded CallApp and served as a Seed Investor from 2011 to 2012. In the same year, they held the positions of Head of Groupon Travel and COO Israel at Groupon until 2014. Then, they co-founded and served as the CEO & Co-founder of GROO (Groupon Israel), managing the largest e-commerce platform in Israel until 2023 when the company was acquired. Currently, they are working as the Chief Executive Officer at Yad2.
Tomy Schoenfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University between the years 2001 and 2004.
