Ben Cheng has over 20 years of experience in various roles within Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT Project Management. Ben has led teams in global companies such as YAGEO and Synnex, managing production planning, logistics operations, and IT project implementations. Ben's expertise includes program management for strategic projects, M&A integrations, and business application implementations. Ben has a strong background in managing multi-country operations and has successfully deployed business management processes across different regions.

Ben Cheng obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industry Management from National Cheng Kung University in 1998. Ben then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Logistics System, Multi-Vairance Statistics, and Database System Design from the same university, graduating in 2000. Additional certifications include YAGEO Group Emerging Talent Class of 2023 and SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) from Sun Microsystems.
