Debra Lovelace

Debra Lovelace serves as the Senior Director of CoE Global Training & Development at YAGEO Group since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in learning and development. Prior to this role, Debra Lovelace spent over 33 years at KEMET Electronics Corporation, where the position held was Sr. Director of Global Learning, Training, and Development until March 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University, an Associate of Science in Microcomputer Systems Technology from Cleveland Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Business Management from Wingate University.
