Karen Ifield

Karen Ifield is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the ANZ Human Resources Manager at Yakima Products since June 2023. Previously, Karen held the position of Manager, Human Resources at Safetyline Jalousie Louvre Windows, where a Green Field HR site was established. In the role of Senior Consultant/Manager - People & Culture at SPC Australia, Karen managed strategic HR initiatives during international mergers and acquisitions. As Human Resources Director at HRworx from 2005 to 2020, Karen provided generalist HR advice across various industries. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development at Starbucks Coffee Company. Educational qualifications include a Train the Trainer Certificate from Macquarie University and a Cert IV in Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
