Holly Neill

Holly Neill, PhD, is currently a Science Officer at Yakult UK & Ireland and provides freelance science communication support for Nutrition4Kids NI. With substantial experience in nutrition research, Holly has held multiple roles at Ulster University, including Research Associate in Nutrition Bioactives and Cardiovascular Health, where responsibilities included managing human intervention trials and teaching BSc and MSc students. Holly's expertise extends to social media, having served as Social Media Editor for The Nutrition Society, where engagement with scientific content was facilitated through eye-catching digital communication. Holly earned a PhD in Nutrition Sciences and a BSc in Food & Nutrition from Ulster University, and has previously collaborated with Nestlé on regulatory and scientific affairs.
