Phil Gross

Phil Gross has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Phil began their career in 1989 as a Principal at Yale Mortgage Funding, where they specialized in hard equity loans and origination of loans for condo developers. In 2010, they joined Yale Real Estate as a Principal. Currently, they serve as President of Florida Title & Escrow Professionals since 2011.

Phil Gross received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1991. Phil went on to attend the University of Miami from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Real Estate Law.
