Melissa Perna

Melissa Perna, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Business Services at Yale New Haven Health, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa climbed the ranks within the same organization, starting as Manager of Patient Account Analysis (2009-2013), then advancing to Senior Manager of Corporate Business Services (2014-2021). Melissa's earlier professional experience includes serving as Manager of Medicare Product Planning & Risk Adjustment Operations at Tufts Health Plan (2007-2009) and various roles at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, including Patient Accounts Manager (2004-2007) and Health Center Manager (2001-2003). Melissa holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Simmons University and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
