Kate Reynolds

Kate Reynolds is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in organizational development and project coordination. Currently, as a Senior Communications Officer at Yale University since June 2005, Kate has developed and executed communication strategies for various departments, including the Finance and Business Operations Group and the YaleNext team. Previous roles at Yale University include Associate Director of HR Internal Communications, focusing on enhancing staff culture and effectiveness, and Staff Training & Organizational Development Officer in the Library. Earlier experience includes coordinating a project for the City of New Haven that supported welfare clients in vocational training. Kate holds a C.A.G.S. in Corporate Communications from Fairfield University and multiple degrees in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University.
