Andres Cano

Andres Cano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and customer success sectors. Currently serving as Yalo Pago Lead, Growth Team Lead, Customer Success Lead, and Customer Success Manager at Yalo since October 2018, Andres has contributed to the company's mission of enhancing customer relationships through conversational AI across various platforms. Prior to Yalo, Andres was the COO and Co-Founder of Kazam App, where the app was successfully launched in over 50 stores in Mexico City, and Co-Founder of Urbanity Technologies, which developed the Urban360 app focusing on urban connectivity. Andres also gained valuable experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at ISDI, a Sales Representative at Rexair LLC, and through a summer internship at Axeleratum. Andres holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Creation and Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
