Dũng Châu, MBA, is an accomplished financial advisory professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, and private equity. Currently serving as the Managing Director of M&A Advisory at YAMADA Consulting Group Co., Ltd., Dũng oversees a practice that has facilitated over 3,360 M&A deals globally with a total value exceeding USD 148 billion. Dũng has held prominent positions at various organizations, including Independent Board Member at Medical World JSC, Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Vietcap Securities, and Head of Investment Banking at VNDIRECT Securities Corporation, among others. With a strong foundation in financial advisory and investment banking developed through previous roles at firms such as Citadel Capital Advisors, Indochina Capital, KPMG, and EY, Dũng combines expertise in corporate finance and strategic advisory to serve a diverse clientele.
