Muhammad Ali Kamran has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Country Head of Customer Service (Service & Parts/Lube) at Yamaha Motor Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. since June 2014, overseeing departmental operations, strategic direction, sales planning, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to this role, Muhammad Ali held positions including Senior Manager of Customer Service at Supertech Auto Parts and Senior Marketing Manager at DYL Motorcycles, where responsibilities encompassed business development, marketing planning, and supply chain management. Muhammad Ali's career began at Dawood Yamaha Limited, where significant experience was gained in service department leadership, strategic planning, and customer service throughout an impressive tenure from 1993 to 2011. Muhammad Ali possesses a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
