Ellen Lo

Ellen Lo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food technology and nutrition. Currently a Food Technologist, Senior R&D Specialist, Lead Document Control, and Quality Assurance Technician at Yamamotoyama since December 2016, Ellen has developed a strong expertise in product development and quality assurance. Previous roles include Nutrition Services Substitute at Arcadia Unified School District, where assistance was provided in meal preparation and service, and Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at Arcadia Recreation Department, focusing on teaching swimming safety and first aid. Early in their career, Ellen gained experience as a Student Worker at Arcadia Unified School District, responsible for sales and training new employees. Ellen holds a Doctor's Degree in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine and a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Alhambra Medical University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
