Michael Rustwat

Michael Rustwat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the fitness and service industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for EMEA at YANGA Sports Water since October 2022, Michael previously held the role of Managing Director and Shareholder at Urban Gym Group, overseeing the operations, marketing, and development of numerous fitness clubs from February 2017 to February 2022. Prior to this, Michael served in various capacities at SportCity, rapidly expanding the fitness chain in multiple countries, and gained valuable managerial experience at Nationale-Nederlanden, where responsibilities included transforming a service-oriented team into a sales-focused unit. Michael holds a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has undergone the ING Business School Talent programme.
